The founder of Regain Harmony brings close to 20 years of experience leading healthcare operations and people functions across multi-site practices, physician groups, and growing healthcare organizations. That experience spans the full operational picture — from workforce planning and HR infrastructure to process improvement, payroll and HRIS system transitions, organizational development, and cross-functional leadership.
Throughout that career, the work has consistently involved building and improving the systems, teams, and processes that allow healthcare organizations to function well — and to grow without losing operational control. That means working closely with HR, finance, revenue cycle, credentialing, IT, real estate, and clinical leadership to solve problems that don't fit neatly into a single department.
Regain Harmony was founded on the belief that smaller and mid-sized healthcare organizations deserve access to that same level of operational and people leadership — not as a full-time hire they may not yet need, but as a trusted partner who can step in, do the work, and help the organization move forward.
